Tough Week Ahead
I don't think the market will rebound this week. Great news may be forthcoming, but I think the money will trickle back.
Too much fear and nervousness

Everyone has opinions. They give you their two-cents worth. I'll give you more. One penny more. That's a cool 50% more than others. And that's wicked value. The LIVEROCKET investment philosophy is that at any given time, there are amazing companies out there that are building better mousetraps and generating incredible sales. This is not a buy and hold philosophy. No company can maintain exceptional growth and momentum for long.

I am leaning the other direction. I believe that after the significant fall late last week, it is likely that the market will rebound this week. Historically this would be the way to bet based on similar drops in the past.
Don't confuse the bounce up this week with the long term direction of the market however. There are still many risk factors that may act as a brake moving forward towards 2008; subprime crisis, slowing earnings, credit issues, international risk, trade balance, etc.

I hope that you are right. Clearly a lot of stocks bounced back. But I don't know if that will persist. Was it a dead-cat bounce or not?
