We're ready

Margin calls are exacerbating the selling. Institutions are moving in to buy.
Tomorrow is a great day to start buying.

TIE is having a great rally today and hope that it's not a short-lived one.

  3. Remember, Titanium is an energy play and not a metal play. Airplanes consume a large amount of gas, and there are more planes. China, Dubai and India are buying a lot of planes. Also, shipping expediters are buying. On top of this demand, older planes like the 727 are being phased out.
Fuel is almost 30% of US airlines' costs. A lighter plane built from more titanium pays for itself quickly.
Boeing can and is passing on the higher costs to its customers. It's very easy to say: the plane costs $10M more (or whatever it is), but that extra cost is recovered in the first year.

However, TIE is also going to suffer from the metal commodity excitement/fear. Speculators drove it up high and then ran.
